General Information

Thank you for your booking with us. Please find below some information to help plan your stay. We look forward to seeing you soon.

SAFETY

First and foremost, we want our guests to be safe and we are continually working to reduce hazards on our property. To help with your safety we would like to highlight the following risks:

  • Waterways and dams – we have two creeks and six dams that are unfenced. The dams have steep banks and pose a hazard, particularly for children and people with poor swimming ability. Please exercise caution around waterbodies and, if with children, supervise them at all times.
  • Wildlife – you are welcome to walk around our property and enjoy the wildlife but please do not approach closer than five metres. We do have snakes on the property so care should be taken, particularly in warmer weather. We keep the grass mowed around the dome but please remain vigilant.
  • Farm animals – please only approach farm animals in our presence. We are happy to safely introduce you to any of our animals if you would like.
  • Rock walls – our property has a number of dry stone rock walls, many of which date back to circa 1923. Please do not climb on them (including posing for pictures on them).
  • Electric fences – We do have some electric fences on the property. For your safety, please do not touch any fences.

SERENITY DOME
The Serenity Dome has a number of secret doors/compartments. Guests are not to share these on social media or any form of public forum to ensure that future guests are also able to enjoy the experience for themselves.

Those guests of the Serenity Dome that engage in our Escape Room activities must likewise not share any of the clues, puzzles or solutions on social media or any form of public forum.

MEETING OUR ANIMALS

If you have selected our farm tour when booking, this occurs at 4 pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise arranged with management. Please do not approach our cows without management present. You are welcome to visit our goats at anytime.

Our dog (Freya) is very friendly. She will bark with excitement on your arrival but you will see she is not in the least a threat and loves a pat.

**Please Note** – Freya is not allowed in your dome and please do not feed her during your stay.

PRIVACY

While you are in the dome we will endeavour to give you complete privacy. As a general rule we will allow you to decide the level of interaction you have with us. We love hearing people’s stories and are happy to share our own and talk about the farm’s history so if you see either of us on the property feel free to come say hello.

YOUR DOME

Your luxury eco-dome has been designed for comfort and privacy with hand crafted furniture, king size bed, full ensuite with walk in shower, BBQ and expansive outside area for you to enjoy the best views in the region, along with a bespoke outdoor bath.
